When your current card reaches expiration, your newly issued card will be a contactless card. If you would like a contactless card prior to your card expiring, talk to your Universal Banker to arrange for a new contactless card.
If you think your CNB Bank & Trust, N.A. debit or credit card has been lost or stolen, please report it immediately. If you are unable to contact your local branch during normal business hours, please call Shazam at 800-383-8000
Debit Cards are sent by mail and can take 10 to 14 days to arrive.
When you receive your new Debit Card via mail, instructions will be provided that outline the appropriate steps to take for activation. If you have any questions, please contact your local branch for more information.
Yes. As an additional layer of security, CNB will require a travel notification in order for your debit card to function normally. To notify us of your upcoming travel plans, you can contact your local branch or you can manage travel alerts within the CNB Card Manager app. Our Universal Bankers will need to know the approximate location of your travel plans along with the dates you will be traveling during.
