Online Banking Login Information FAQs

Initial Setup

After we receive your online banking application that has been submitted electronically or in hard copy, you'll receive an e-mail inquiring as to whether you want us to e-mail or mail your login information. Once we hear back from you, your login information will be provided that business day or the next business day at the latest.

What if I've forgotten my login ID?

Please give us a call or stop by your nearest full-service branch.  After identifying you, we will provide your login ID.

What if I know my login ID but have forgotten my password?

Login to Online Banking.  When you reach the password screen click the link to get a new, temporary, one-time password. This password will be sent to the email address we have on record for you. Once you receive the email, you may login and change the temporary password to a permanent password of your choosing. If you don't receive the email message, please call us or stop by your nearest full-service branch and we will give you a new password.

What if it has been a while since I logged in and now I'm locked out?

If you do not login within 180 days, for security purposes your Online Banking file status will be changed to dormant.  Please give us a call or stop by your nearest full-service branch and we will reset your file so you can login with your existing ID and password.
